This course introduces APS staff to benefits realisation management and provides practical examples of its application. This learning experience has been provided by Services Australia. AI in Government Fundamentals
This course offers a clear, consistent understanding of how AI works and what to consider when making responsible choices. This learning experience has been provided by the Digital Transformation Agency. -
Change Management Foundation
The Change Management Foundation program focuses on developing APS Change Management capability thereby building the capacity for government to deliver well considered and well-planned change. Participants will learn change management fundamentals, skills which can be applied to effectively manage and minimise the impact of change to people and organisations, and increase the effectiveness and value of the change outcomes. -
Change Management Practitioner
The Change Management Practitioner program is designed to offer extension learning to participants who have completed the Change Management Foundation Program, or equivalent learning through either formal training or work experience. -
Compliance with Corporate Credit Card Requirements
The purpose of this course to teach you about the use of Commonwealth credit cards and credit vouchers within the Court system. You are required to complete this Course as you have been nominated to hold an Australian Government Commonwealth Credit Card or Cabcharge card or have been issued a Cabcharge E-ticket (voucher). -

This series provides an understanding of various information security topics and explains how to protect against information security threats. It is an awareness training series which takes you on a tour designed to provide a deep understanding of contemporary and historical security threats. -
Financial delegations and approving payments within Finance One
Overview: This training course provides guidance to delegates on their responsibilities under the PGPA Act when committing public funds for payment. It also covers the process of approving a payment within Finance One. Learning Objectives: Officials will become familiar with their financial delegation and the requirements for verifying and approving an invoice within Finance One. -
Getting that Selection Right
This program helps members of selection committees conduct effective selection processes. Examine relevant legislation and principles guiding staff selection and retention. Look at the three-staged recruitment process used in the APS. Create effective selection practices that include building rapport with applicants and managing judgements and evaluations. Understand the roles of the selection panel in talking to referees, reaching a recommendation decision, writing a report and giving feedback. -
Human Centered Design 101
Apply Human Centred Design principles to complex problems or opportunities in the public sector. This program introduces the principles, tools and techniques of Human Centred Design and how to apply them to service/policy design and implementation. With the ultimate aim of creating better citizen-centric outcomes for clients and the community. -
MT6 Introduction to Information Management
This module provides an overview of the Court’s Information Management Framework and associated policies. It explains how the policies interact with the work of the Court and takes you through your responsibilities in relation to information management. -
