Child Safe Framework
The Commonwealth Child Safe Framework (CCSF) sets minimum standards for creating and maintaining child safe culture and practices in Australian Government entities. The CCSF is mandatory for all non-corporate entities and strongly recommended for all other Commonwealth entity types. The National Office for Child Safety (NOCS) supports implementation of the CCSF across the Commonwealth. Access to Justice for People with Disability
The Let's Talk Disability eLearning package will help staff to develop the knowledge, skills and awareness to work effectively and appropriately with clients and others who may have a disability, including identifying and responding to barriers that can prevent a person with disability from accessing justice in the Family Law Courts. -
