6R is a relational capability paradigm that APS leaders can use to guide the development of their relational (people-to-people) leadership skills. The approach is underpinned by self-reflection, interpersonal connection, trust and compassion.
This resource provides an overview of the 6R relational leadership paradigm, a series of curated learning resources and self-assessment questions to support leaders to gain insight into their relational leadership skills and plan for continuous improvement across the 6R dimensions. The paradigm and associated tool is agnostic and its principles can be incorporated into any leadership theory or leadership training approach.
